I was written a policy out of attleboro office. but first i did the online estimator. i had many questions. A gentleman Julio ext 1534 helped me in everyway worked my written policy and tried to get the best possible price for me. Instead of given me a sry but this is the best they can do, he worked on this for two days with me and tried everything possible. Myself i was impressed considering i have worked retail (customer service) in a big box store. I am a department supervisor and i would be very happy fpr the efforts this man gave me and attention. Personally I would be very proud to have this man on my team.

I was very excited at first when I found A-Affordable and how quickly and simply they were able to start my insurance policy over the phone. I had to put in a claim, and although my original opinion was that they were not taking me seriously, once speaking to the manager, Tracy, She was able to set things straight and help me out fully with my car. I am extremely grateful, and suggest if anyone has any issues to contact her. She is a very kind, caring, intelligent individual who really took countless hours of her day to help see that my claim went through smoothly.

I went in there to register a car and there was a discrepancy between the dealer and I so sue and dan took time out of their day to call my dealership and look up information about my problem without hesitation. Best service thank you guys
