We transferred from another state and brought our state farm insurance with us (we had a wonderful experience with them in past). The MA office is very different. Long wait times on phone, customer service poor, high prices, etc. I would suggest looking for another insurance company in MA.

They are terrible mixing claim numbers and never answer. On hold forever.. 15 minutes.. No problem taking money. But if u need them your in trouble
