from day one from entering the front doors of Sierra Vista Harley I have always been treated as if I was part of the family! Every one there knows who I am and what bike I had owned at the time event though I did not purchase my bike from them. over the years I have had nothing but great experiences at this location and treated with respect! I was in need of a huge trade up since my bike was only a little sportster and the wife wanted to start riding as well. between Heather, Daniel and Matt they bared with me as I came in time and time again until we found the perfect bike for me and my wife. they worked with me and my payment plans and made it so I was able to finally ride away with the bike and live life once again! I later was involved in an accident on I-10 and my bike was nearly totaled. My insurance wanted to take my bike to the Tucson location to be handled and fixed. I was not having that! I demanded that my bike be sent down to Sierra Vista Harley to be inspected and fixed. once arrived I was able to see the bike for the first time and I was able to go over the bike with the mechanics that would be working on my bike. Deb sat with me and went line by line to ensure I understood all that needed to be fixed and replaced. I was also able to upgrade some of the parts which were not an issue for this shop to do. I received my bike back nearly better then new! I have been riding every day since I got my bike back! THANK YOU SIERRA VISTA HARLEY!!! if you need a shop that is like family and will treat you like family from day one then I recommend you stay with Sierra Vista Harley!

I was there visiting family and decided to go into the Harley Davidson store to look for some shirts. I was having a hard time finding the right size and the appropriate attire for this event I was going to. One of the staff members, Daniel Huerta, came to help me. He was very informative, very helpful, extremely pleasant and an absolute joy to have as my sales person and to be around. I ended up buying more than what I came for and I would 100 percent go back to this harley davidson store in Sierra Vista just for the way I was treated from staff members such as Daniel Huerta. 5 stars for sure !!!!

Sierra Vista Harley Davidson is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Great staff across the board from service to motorclothes to sales to parts. I want to specifically mention Daniel Huerta. This guy has helped me so many times and went beyond every single time. Knowing Harley in and out from the best and newest bling for the bike to advice for the motorcycling lifestyle. Not to mention, he is an all around good guy that remembers you and makes a point to speak to you outside of the dealership. I cannot say sleep enough about Daniel and his professionalism and friendliness.

I rarely leave reviews unless i have exceptional services, this is one of those times. My husband and i recently had services done at Harley Davidson in Sierra Vista (parts added) and it was an excellent experience. We were immediately helped by Jeff and had all of our questions on parts and services answered. Jeff was very welcoming to us both and genuinely cared (which is so great when you dread having any vehicle worked on!) We will definitely be working with him again and repeat customers to the store. Overall extremely happy with service!

This is the best Harley Davidson service department that we have ever been to!!!! I had taken my 2011 Road Glide to another dealer in California and after a $200 bill they were unable to diagnose the problem. Steve at Sierra Vista had a good idea what the problem was by listening to the bike in the parking lot and ended up doing a great job fixing it. Jeff did a fabulous job working with the warranty company and keeping us constantly updated on the progress. They are the epitome of good service!!!!!

Great service! I brought my bike here for an estimate on some road rash damage and they took care of me from the very beginning. Starting with Jeff answering questions, Steve writing up a great estimate in a very timely manner, and of course Deb expediting the matter for the Insurance company.
