I have enjoyed working with Travis and his team throughout my entire insurance process. My husband and I were referred to to Shrum insurance for homeowners insurance and ended up also getting auto and life through him as well. Travis is extremely personable and is willing to walk through each process and explain everything so that you are comfortable with every decision. Messages left were responded to promptly. I worked some with Taylor and found her to be just as friendly and personable as Travis. I never felt like I was calling a business, but like I was calling a person.
