These guys did a fantastic job. They where able to beat their estimates at closing and were in constant communication. Paperwork could have been a little more consistent to relive our concerns through the process but they really did better than we could have expected from anyone. We compared rates with over 10 lenders from Credit unions, banks we have been with for years and the newer options like lending tree and rocket mortgage, nobody was able to come close to the rate and options Lincoln Lending was able to get us. Definitely recommended!!!

Lincoln Lending was amazing! Whenever I had a questions I could just call up Frank Coto and Jeff Sebring or anyone on his team and they would help me with whatever I needed. As a first time home buyer I was looking for someone who would be patient with me and my wife because I knew we would have a ton of questions and they did just that.
