I just had to find Beam mortgage on google and give them a review. I really would like to thank the manager Stanley and the processor Shamani. These two worked very hard to get us approved for our home loan and we were approved in less than 45 days being that our case was a little bit more unique than others. They were always there to answer all our questions and always had an upbeat attitude. I also worked along with a Realtor by the name of Bob Smith of smith and associates (He works along with Beam mortgage) . He also worked very hard in finding us the perfect home while educating us throughout the process. I really appreciate this company. I am telling you guys work with NO ONE ELSE BUT THE COMPANY and BOB SMITH if you want a quick and easy process. I do not know how to put it words on how I really thank them for getting us into our first home. Thank you guys! God Bless!

I would like to express my gratitude to Stanley Oommen and Shamini Alphonse for their immense help with getting financing for our first home. They worked very efficiently and went over and above to get our mortgage approved, answered all our questions and delivered exactly as promised - in terms of interest rate, Downpayment and timing - We closed on the House in exactly 4 weeks. This is especially commendable given the multiple challenges and complexities that arose during the application process requiring them to work much harder to get documentation necessary for the application, on top of that they were very understanding when we lost our patience once or twice ... The whole team made home buying an amazing experience. Starting from the realtor Ray Nuno, Stanley Ommon and Mani. Finding our first and the right home took quite some time and endless calls. They were there through every step and Mr. Nuno was so patience when it came to making offers or just viewing a ton of homes. Please avoid this company if you don’t want to get cheated especially their loan department. They are shady people and don’t mind to lie in the name of god. Beware and careful. Buying a new home is a dream for most of us but for the Owner Jacob and Loan officer Stanley; it is just to make money by hook or crook. I am sure all of them who has given 5 stars are by the owner or the staff itself

I was able to close on time and received a very low rate and paid very minimum closing cost. I like how they made it less stressful and closed on time. Stay away from these folks. They have complete disregard for contractual agreements and it appears that their loan officers are also realtors, working their own deals. Not legally a conflict of interest, but perhaps an unethical business practice.
