His trustworthy counsel, recommendations, and guidance aleviated any uncertainty or anxiety, as we were rookies with the process. We "shopped around" for which lending company/representative to use, and in addition to providing very competitive rates, Chris and team were super-efficient. They were on top of the process, quick to respond to phone calls, emails, etc. All of the paperwork was completed accurately and ahead of schedule. Our closing was easy and we had no surprises.
