My Mother in-law was recently widowed and left in a very bad way, her Husband had always handled the finances and unfortunately left her clueless. She was put into the position of filling bankruptcy. After the settlement she was told if she continued making payments she would be allowed to stay in the house for an undetermined time without foreclosure. She has paid faithfully for eight months without fail. This past month she made the payment, received an confirmation number and thought all was settled. A few days later she was contacted and told that she had not made the payment and they want their money now or they were going to foreclose. She made several attempts to settle this matter, was hung up on, and, to this day has been unable to settle the matter and was told to look for the papers in the mail. Nice huh? A sixty-two year old widow.

I was into the QA department of Green Tree IT Services and I had a horrible experience working with their policies and procedures. I resigned the company in a haste and I was not paid my yearly bonus because I resigned 2 days before bonus is going to get credited into my account. The Managers there are very harsh and do not value their resources as humans instead they treat you like work horses and has least ethical values. Dont sympathize woth you or does not care what you go through, they just needs to get their job done. ANYWAY PLEASE TRY AND AVOID JOINING THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS LEFT. HORRIBLE AND UNHAPPY PLACE FOR IT FOLKS, NO GROWTH, NO FUN...!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS !!!!

Worst company ever, my loan was sold to Green Tree by CitiFinancial, and their way of communication was to give me a collection call at work,. NO mail or letter from either CitiFinancial or green tree informing me the customer of these changes, and I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get payments set up on ACH. On more than one occasion their representatives have called my work-place and discussed my loan with my co-workers. I am filling a complaint with the office of the Attorney General, and to the consumer agency regarding their practices.

My experience with Green Tree is one of defending myself against pirates. GreenTree is a predator company that is being investigated by multiple agencies. I have filed as many complaints as possible. I have always paid my loan and Green Tree misapplies all funds sent to them or simply does not post payments. This company should be penalized and made to disband business.

Our initial contact was good. The loan officer was helpful and informative. After we signed the commitment, everything went down hill. Suggested improvements for the company: communication both employee to customer and employee to employee, promptness in response, customer service and problem resolution. I cannot wait to refinance with another company!

They held onto my $5000 for over a year. This place should be closed down. I will never do anything with any bank that has anything to do with Ditech. My loan officers will never do any business with place. There customer service straight up lies.

Do not EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!! choose this as your mortgage company. My mortgage was sold to them from the Bank of America. They have the most ignorant, rude customer service representatives ever. Anybody would be better than this company.

Worst loan company ever. Tried for closing on a house 30 days after taking over the loan and before payment was even 30days late. Broke into house and changed the locks. Then charged us for the locks. Run away. Far away

If you think having a loan with this company is bad, try working for them! An utter nightmare! I have never been this unhappy in my life, and the day I walked was like winning the lottery!
