During the process I received updates constantly and was never left wondering where I was in the race. 1-25-17 Jim Bakhtiar and his team at LeaderOne are absolutely awesome. I have been doing transaction work as a licensed agent for over 20 years and have never had this great of service with a lender. Once the buyer is qualified a pre approval letter is sent to both listing and selling agents within 24 hours. Weekly updates are sent to both agents without even asking for an update. They constantly keep you in the loop and have NEVER missed a deadline. In fact I have had experience of them closing several loans sooner than promised, which makes everybody happy! I would recommend them without hesitation. Keep up the good work Jim!
