Amy and the Staff at Academy Mortgage are TOP NOTCH. We were placed in a extremely embarrassingly and unacceptable situation by WF. Full disclosure of status on properties were given before the loan was locked in, however we were put in a contingency status 1 week before closing. The sellers were packed and ready to move out of state upon close. Amy and her staff took us in, fully understanding our difficult situation and pushed for the close to be within a week of the agreed upon closing date. They worked long hours and weekends to make this to turn out to be a success. We can never express how grateful we are that Academy Mortgage came to the rescued.
