I have been a member for 6 years. I have always had direct deposit into my checking account. The last time I used my card as normal on the day I received my direct deposit. I checked my account a week later and realized that I had been charged $25 for overdrafting my account. I went into the bank thinking that it must have been a mistake and they would credit it back to my account. They informed me that my charge was went through at 1:09 but my direct deposit did not hit my account until 1:12 and therefore they could not refund me the $25. I have never been as disappointed in the company as I was in that moment. I will close my account and never look back. Horrible customer service!

Several times I have had trouble with my debit card not working. When I call about it, they tell me I probably just need to come in and get a new card. This is very frustrating. I had no cash on me, and was literally stranded because this card would not work. I think it is because they make the cards there in the bank. The cards are very flimsy. Always better carry some cash.

Been with them for 22 years....have issue they cant seem to resolve....i have made several calls and attemts to resolve issue and they either dont care or dont have a clue......amazing....o yeah....have been on hold 30 min....left my no. With automatio n for call back.....still waiting....Wow.....yet they say we understand you...we grew up in middle tn....blah blah

Absolutely the worst experience at a bank. Very unprofessional...very rude from the first words out of her mouth. I wanted to open an account and obviously she didnt want me there so they lost my business.
