Being completely new to the process of purchasing a house, someone suggested we go through Summit Funding, as it was the company they used for purchasing their first home as well (and nothing speaks more volumes about a company than referrals). Jared and his team (Monica and Shelly to name a few) completely took care of us, and helped us along through the entire process. Any time we had questions, someone on their team was just a call, text, or email away. I have already recommended their company to a co-worker who is looking to buy their first home, and I will likely continue to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Anna Cook was a wonderful guide for my wife and I as we made our first home purchase. From the beginning, she walked us through the whole process, always keeping us up to date on everything we needed. She was accessible and knowledgeable, and always happy to explain any of the dozens of different numbers. More than once she went well out of her way to help us. Her teammate, Amanda, was always quick to get us the information we needed, helped us collect all of our documentation, and is just wonderful. We highly recommend them!
