I cannot speak highly enough regarding the customer service, attention to detail and genuine concern I received from my loan officer, Angelica Diaz. We have used her on the last two properties my wife and I have purchased. From the very first phone conversation through the closing of the loan, the service we received from her was outstanding. As issues came up, I would contact her early in the morning or late at night, and she was always available. Throughout this process, she kept me advised of what was happening and what I could expect next. She minimized stress and listened to any concerns I had. She is a perfect example of true customer service. I recommended her to another family member who has dealt with several with other lenders over the years and expressed that this was one of the best and easiest experiences he has ever had. She just seems to make you feel comfortable through a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Angelica to anyone looking to finance the purchase of a new home.

There can be so many reasons - 1) We were first time home buyers and Larry on a very first meeting explained us every nuances of loan buying. 2) He was available every time and answerable to even basic questions. 3) There was little hurdle at the end but we made it through within our 30 day time frame. 4) Easy process through out the loan process.
