I had started out with a different lender at another company and was disappointed with the lack of communication. I decided to go with Mary Littleton based on a recommendation from my real estate agent. I was not disappointed! From the start Mary was responsive, willing to work with me on getting the loan despite my low credit score, and was even willing to attempt to close in three weeks! Mary is funny, friendly, easy going AND professional. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. She went above and beyond to make my home buying experience as easy as possible (even offered to watch my dog during my move) and I would (and will) recommend her to anyone buying a home.
