My wife and I just closed on a house last week. I have listened to many commercials on the radio from Indigo Mortgage for the past few years. One thing that always stood out to me was the fact that they always encouraged everyone to shop around when trying to decide on a lender, so my wife and I did just that. We first met with Kim Molina of Indigo Mortgage. She provided us with a great quote and she immediately sent a pre-qualification letter to our realtor. We were very pleased with the quote that she provided to us. I explained to her that we were going to shop around. I was very surprised when she explained to us that that was a very smart thing to do and she highly encouraged it. After visiting 3 other lenders, we were convinced that our best value was clearly Indigo mortgage. We notified Kim by phone that we would be going with Indigo. As soon as we decided to make an offer on a home, I realized our choice on going with Indigo was a wise one. We asked Kim for a 30-day close. This being our 4th home, I knew there was so much to do in order to make it happen. 30 days later, we closed on our home. We were pleasantly surprised the day before closing when we received a phone call from Kim. She explained to us how she was able to apply certain monies in a way that cut our cash to close by about 18%. Indigo had a representative at closing to support us and answer any questions that we had. The entire experience was amazing. The service we received was second to none. Thanks Indigo! Del Torres.

I recently needed help refinancing out of a real estate contract and indigo mortgage came to my rescue. From the first phone call Kim Molina helped in every way possible. She is very accessable and answered all of my questions with emails, phone calls, and texts. Elizabeth Myer processed all my paperwork and kept me in the loop the whole time. The most stressful part of dealing with Indigo was that they did not inform us necessary documents needed till the afternoon before our closing date. Needless to say, we did not quite make the date, fortunately the previous owners of the house understood and where patient. They also set us up with one of the worst rated mortgage companies, I wish I had not been in such a hurry and stopped to review what they where suggesting. There where a few other events that made me really doubt our choice to use them for our mortgage. If I could do it again, I would not chose Indigo Montage.

Went to see about a refinance, and gave all my premilinary information to Ben. He gave me a list of documents to collect, said I was an excellent refinance candidate and that he would get a good faith estimate to me within two days. Nothing came, so I emailed him about the estimate, and there was no response. Our credit is excellent, income high, we have substantial equity in the house, so many mortgage brokers would love to have our business, but apparently no Indigo Mortgage.

A poor experience working with Indigo. The gentlemen, Steve, was terribly rude, interruptive, and impatient over the phone. Would not recommend Indigo to any of our customers.
