If I could I would give them zero star. Horrible horrible bank. Customer service is dreadful. 90% of the staffs are misinformed and/ or just plain rude. I opened a checking account there since it is a local bank and close to me, but it was a huge mistake as they do not care about their patrons. Twice I asked if they offer any credit cards, both times they informed me that the bank does not offer any. After being with them for almost two years I went to close my checking account and when asked again they said that they do offer credit cards!!! It took them 4 months to send a debit card. Not a single person knows anything about customer service at this place. I tried to get a residential loan with them to purchase our 2nd home but their residential loan officer Chris McAuliffe made me change my mind with his neglectful behavior. He does not have any communication skills whatsoever. He never bothered to call back or reply emails; after making an appointment with him when I went to the bank he was nowhere to be found. I waited about 30 minutes for him and then left with frustration; he never even called to apologize. Take your business elsewhere (ie: Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, etc.), where they will treat you with care and respect.

this is what I think about Devon Bank. Nice a friendly service very attentive and helpful to any wake in customers. I had a car lone in 1999 with them and the interest rate was very nice for a first time buyer. Now I have a small business and I am back with my first time bank. I recommend every one to support the community bank in there community... that will help each other out.Feels like home....Nice and sharp and professional staff... very respectful and attentive to all clients... this is a BANK not a STOCMARKET... it is honest and helpful to all local home and business owners in the community... This is my bank my home my community

OMG STAY AWAY First of all this is the 1st negative review that I have ever given to a company. For me to take time out of my day to complain is unheard of - that is how bad this bank sucks. Members of my family have a trust at Devon Bank. It has taken over 1 & 1/2 YEARS to get them to do anything. The bank president even called me to apologize and assure me things will get taken care of quickly. Now I have to hire attorneys to move the trust to another bank. Do yourself a favor and use a GOOD bank.

NEVER SAW A WORST SEERVICE; A FRIEND OF MINE RECOMMENDED THIS BANK TO GET AN "ISLAMIC LOAN". I TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL OF THE LISTED #, BUT COULD NOT GET THRU AS I DID NOTTHE ECTRNSION. EVENTUALLY SOMONE ANSWERED. I EXPLAINED MY NEED. SHE ASKED ME TO HOLD ON. ITS COVER,THEY SAY. WHEN I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, I BACEM CONVINCED THAT MY IMPRESSION IS CORRECT

We have used Devon Bank for our commercial banking for over 20 years. Convenient locations and drive-up banking are a plus. Someone is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Never have had a bad experience with customer service or tellers. They are very involved in the community and the needs of their customers.
