I have been a client of Sly’s for over 7 years. In 2005 as a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns. Sly was in lockstep with me throughout the who process to ensure I was up to date and in agreement with every decision being made. He attended my closing with me to ensure the mortgage end of the deal was on time and in place. Since 2005 I have referred Sly to my friends and family, all of which have had the same wonderful working relationship as I. In December of 2010, my wife and I were ready to buy our new home. Because of the timing of the sale we needed to work through the mortgage in 15 days. Our realtor said that was never going to happen, but Sly assured me he could make that a reality. Sure enough, Sly came through and we closed on our new home on December 15th. Our realtor was amazed by his ability to successfully complete the mortgage process in such a short period of time. She made mention that with any other mortgage company, this deal would never have happened. Sly is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. These traits combined with his ability to close a deal make him a one stop mortgage shop for me, my family, and my friends.

I have known Sly for about a year. After we sold our house and found our dream house, Sly made the mortgage loan process extremely easy. Great communication, Sly was fantastic about returning calls and emails. We had an 30 day close on the house we purchased and we needed to be in that house before Thanksgiving 2012 or it would have cost us more money for the storage unit and the house we were renting, Sly made the approval happen and my wife and I are grateful for the effort he put in to getting all the paperwork in order. Sly was with us every step of the way and he also got us a fantastic rate! I would highly recommend using Sly for a mortgage loan!
