First time home buying experience. Everything went smoothly however when we first met with the Senior Loan Officer in Schaumburg, we felt rushed and I got the impression that we were not taken seriously. The officer was not prepared when we arrive and seem like she was in a rush (note we were there 15mins prior to appt), after this meeting we were only contacted through email and phone, which was fine considering the fact that we were not treated as expected. Anyway they did their job so for that i give them this rating.
