We were here today as the seller of a vehicle, with the buyer a member of the credit union. It took a RIDICULOUS amount of time to complete the sale. 1.5 hours AFTER signing the bill of sale, we finally had the check in hand and turned over the keys. The buyer had been pre approved, we signed the bill of sale almost immediately at arriving, then sat in the waiting area while the loan officer talked to get for over an hour (most of the time he spent on the phone). This was after he told us that "hed need to talk to her briefly." Terrible service. I hope she got a great rate after all that.
