We first contacted Greg about re-financing our home. After some consideration, we decided to sell our home instead, and purchase another. This process took a couple of months, during this time Greg was very patient with us while we made our decision. The loan process can be very stressful, this was minimized by the fact that Greg was very professional and kept us informed. Everything went smoothly, and there were no surprises at closing. Our realtor, who was great, was very impressed with Greg and his ability to keep everything moving along. We would definitely reccommend Greg to anyone who is wanting to re-finance or get a new loan. I first contacted Greg back in the fall about a re-finance. He was very helpful but I was in the process of changing jobs and knew that might interfere. Plus, I was afraid it would be too stressful like it was with my original mortgage loan. He was very patient and contacted me by email or phone about every couple of months and I finally decided to go through with it. What a difference from the original mortgage loan. He was very professional and has a way about him that keeps it as stress-free as possible. Everything went well and I even recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law. My experience with Greg was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I needed. He was available for if me and my wife had any questions even if it seemed simple. He worked with our schedule and time line of getting our first house and out of apartment living and worked hard and pulled some strings to make sure we closed on time and under budget even when we found a house quicker than anticipated. I have already referred friends to him because working with him was a wonderful experience. We look forward to doing it again when we refinance or purchase our next house.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg. He was awesome! I have heard so many horror stories about other lending companies so I was reluctant when we started working with him, but he won us over... so much so that I recommended him to my parents and they were pleased too. He was on top of things and kept us on our toes. He secured a lower rate for us before we even realized it was possible. He watched the market for us and got us a great deal. We did not have to worry about anything. How many times can you say that when buying a home?
