My husband and I are first time homebuyers...and let me tell you...Matt was the best part of the whole process. Best customer service experience anyone could ask for. Matt was always communicative and on top of everything. Always had all the paperwork in order. My husband is a teacher, and Matt was able to get us the best deal possible. He communicated effectively both through email and on the phone, sometimes a couple times a day. What really was the cherry on the sundae, was he drove over an hour from Pennsylvania to the Jersey Shore, with a bottle of wine no less (with the Annie Mac Logo)! I was able to refinance my current mortgage with Matt at Mortgage Master. The process was about as simple as it could be as far as refinancing these days. Matt did everything over the phone with us. He answered all of our questions throughout the whole process through phone calls or text messages. He made himself available 24-7.
