Been with many Banks in Jackson County, and our experience with each were discouraging to say the least. I will not explain the long list of frustration we went through with each said Banks. What I will say is, when we purchased my truck and the loan was ran through Rouge Credit Union, the friendly, positive experience we had, we immediately closed out our other accounts at another bank we had been with over five years and opened accounts with Rouge Credit Union. Rouge Credit Union is excellent in customer service, always smiling, friendly, and they appreciate every customer who they see each day. Thank you to all at Rouge Credit Union in Eagle Point. 10 stars

I normally go to the one on poplar because they know me by name and there so friendly. But I was in whity city on businesses and went here, not only the buildings cleanliness and good decor but the customer serious was so great and fast I had a very tricky transfer along with a deposit, money order and withdrawal. Not only was it fast but it was by a lady in training.
