Andrew is like a breath of fresh air. His passion for his work shines through in his knowledge as well as his disposition. Throughout our dealings with him, he was professional but not overbearing; friendly but not effusive. He demonstrated his experience with the advice he offered and, if he didn’t know the answer to a question we had, he would quickly get one. He was always available to speak with us by phone or meet with us in person. The “automatic updates” that arrived by email were very helpful in keeping us apprised of our loan’s progress. We are not inexperienced home buyers, but the home-buying process has become unmistakably complex. Andrew guided us through the entire transaction with aplomb. I placed a call to Mr. Vierra only a couple of months ago. The very same day (within the hour), I was able to get a return call and the home loan process was started. Things have been very quick and very easy. Andrew, Kim, Cindy and the entire staff are excellent. I was referred to Andrew through my real estate agent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. His assistant Cindy was also a pleasure to work with. This loan could have been difficult, but it was surprisingly easy. Andrew returned all my calls and texts promptly. I have done many home loans over the years, and this was one of the easiest, without any of those nasty "surprises" you often run into at the end. I would definitely use Andrew again.
