I was American Horizon rental property client 2012 to 2017 and seller client in 2017. In 2012 I needed to live elsewhere from my bank owned primary residence. My expectations with American Horizon was simple – Pay the bills, prevent the property from depreciating, sell it at the right time. Meanwhile, keep me out of costly trouble with the mortgage company, insurance company, IRS, county, city, association, and tenants. Tenants funded the bills and wear and tear until it sold for above original listing price. In the five years, I broke even. What I expected and received. No money was ever spent without my authorization. I actually didn’t meet Robert and Stacey until the house was in escrow. Good people. Just tell them what you want, and they’ll take care of you.

American Horizon Realty was so wonderful. We were needing to sell our home in San Diego while living across the US and needed a realtor we could trust and be there for us when we could not. Rob was perfect for the job. He not only handled all the situations that occurred of unexpected repairs, but he made sure we were not taken advantage of since we were not anywhere near our property. I could not be more satisfied on the outcome on the sale of our home and how quickly he was able to sell it! I would definitely recommend him to sell your house!

American Horizon does an incredible job for me as well as my tenants. The real value of there service is in tenant placement. I learned the hard way trying to manage it myself. Stacy is always easy to get a hold of and keeps me informed. Keeping my tenants happy and renewing their leases is paramount. Hats off to Stacy, Robert and their staff!
