On June 20 2017, after many calls I did not answer, I answered a call from a most genuine, knowledgeable young man named Sean McMenamin. I was requesting a refinance loan on my home. Being a widow for 2 years, sometimes you feel intimidated by the business world. Sean made me feel as if I had know him all my life. He gave me the right answer to every guestion I had. He was as happy as I was when the loan was funded. He made me feel like I was the only person he was working with. Thank you, Sean, for everything. I have made a friend for life.

Paramount Equity is clearly working with Pemco. Although I was apprehensive at first about the time invested, at last I was pleased although amazed to experience success with Paramount Equity. The worst loan experience ever. I was told loan documents were ordered, and they were actually never sent. They actually lied and told me that the loan was approved, and on the final day of escrow, they tried to change the terms. I lost over $5000 in escrow because of their lies. I went with another lender who was truthful, and got it done in 14 days. I was forced to sue Paramount this past month because of the damages.

Just wanted to say that I was a client and this would be my second loan with the company. Lack of following up and mistake made me go somewhere else even when at my first loan I got promise of great rates and discounts for being with you. So bad this tainted my relationship with you but never will do it again. Just so you all know great first loan poor or no help at all on my second.

This company got my phone number off a website where I was inquiring about mortgage rates. They have some kind of automatic dialer in use, and our phone would ring at all times of day and evening, never leaving any kind of message, and even when we tried to answer all we got was a dial tone then busy signal. Because of their harassing tactics, I would not use them or recommend them.
