My wife and I found TMC (Allison) to be extremely helpful with buying our third house ever. With that lack of experience on our part, we needed explanatons that we could understand clearly, especially with current finance and legal nuances these days. We were able to communicate by phone, text and email. Of course that does not count the few times Allison was able to meet us within an hour at our temporary locations around Richmond. We now have an extrordinary home in Mechanicsville, thanks to her and our L&F Agent. Having lived in Loudoun County and Northern VA for 30 years, this team was the most helpful we have ever worked with, and it is likely that my friends and cohorts would say the same (since we tend to seek advice first from family, neighbors, and office workers).

Working with William was an absolute pleasure. After being turned down by a previous lender we were directed to work with William to secure our home loan. Through his professionalism and knowledge of the industry he was able to guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. This company does not communicate to buyers, sellers, title companies, lawyers or realtors. I am a realtor and would never recommend to use them. We are two days late on a closing and no one answers the phone, responds to emails, etc. So why in the world would anyone go to this company! If I ever have a person wanting to use them again, I will let the contract go as I will not work with this company again. Roberto is the worst!

I have to echo the sentiment of Janet Ashworth. They make promises that are not fulfilled regarding closing dates. They do not communicate with Buyers and Sellers. Expect delays. There are better options in Richmond.
