I applied for a loan with Waterstone Mortgage Corporation after I was referred by a realtor. Initially, I was qualified for the loan but when I parted ways with the realtor who was not being effective, the branch manager at Waterstone Mortgage refused to release my updated qualification letter which negatively impacted my ability to make an offer on my first home purchase and refused service. I would not recommend Waterstone Mortgage Corporation to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
