Thanks to TJC mortgage my family and I are now home owners. after years of struggling to recover from the economic crisis in 2008-2009 it looked impossible for me to provide my family with a home. I tried every way I could to purchase a home and was told by nearly every lender in Chattanooga that with my situation it was impossible then one day I heard of TJC on the radio and called them and was in the mind set of its impossible and Scott Phillips coached me on what to do and that it was possible now after doing what they told me and trusting in them and their expert opinions My Family Has a Home to call their own and we have a place to bring our new baby home to in December. They will treat you with the care,professionalism and respect that everybody deserves. I highly recommend these guys and My friend Scott Phillips for all your mortgage needs. Buying a home was stressfull you can never take that out of the process but however with these guys on your side it will go easier.and they will be there to assist you and coach you along no matter what. I was ashamed of my situation loosing a high paying job and going to the poverty line was not easy but now after 5 years Im back on top and I could not of been able to purchase my home without their guidance . give them a call it will pay off

I was working with Richard. He was going to do a VA loan for me. I admit my house is not ready for a VA loan inspection but was not made aware of that by Richard. I went there on a Wednesday. Then the next week Richard went on vacation and I had not heard anything from him. I talked to another person who informed me it was sent to the underwriters for review. Then on the week he should have been back from vacation I called and left a message with receptionist, then one on his voice mail, then the next day another message left with a person who shares his office and then sent him an email and never got a response. I ended up calling his boss. I stopped the loan because of Richard and finding out at the last minute that my house would not pass VA inspection.
