We first began working with Tony Holland in December 2016. We decided to use him for many reasons but the main reasons were because he was very kind, knowledgeable and organized. This was my first time buying a home, I asked a lot of questions and he was never short or annoyed by my many many questions. He was a very diligent worker while helping me gather all the documents and paperwork that was needed within a timely manner. He was willing to drop what he was doing to help whenever i would call him. He was always pleasant and more than happy to help us and never pushy or over-bearing. I literally could not have bought a home without him. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He was there to help from the time we made an offer to the day we closed. First rate, customer based company. My experience was hassle free and positive. I have dealt with different funding companies and had bad experiences. Not with Platinum. Process was done professionally and timely. Staff was courteous and attentive.

Beware beware this company is very dishonest and will lie to your face and rip you off. Not only that my information on a credit card i gave them some how got stolen and over 1200 bucks was put on my credit card. I would not recommend.
