My wife and I were in the process of purchasing our first home. After working with a different lender who was no help and made this process more difficult then it should have. I contacted Frank and his team we conversed and he explained very well the prerequisites of getting approved for a loan. He kept in touched and communicated every step of the way not once did it feel like he left us in the wind with no clue.
