I have used and referred 1st Capital Mortgage numerous times over the last 13 plus years. It is so nice to be able to visit their office and talk to the one in charge, not someone upfront getting your information and getting back with you at a later date. Sometimes you just need consultation on what is best on your new loan or refinance. They will try to get you the best rate with out any gimmicks like no closing cost. There no such thing as no closing cost. Somebody has to pay it. I am kind of picky about good communication especially on such a big decision like this. They have always been very good at keeping you updated during the process. They know the rules and have helped me and my friends get loans that were not possible with others. Worth the visit with them on your next mortgage. No mater who your thinking about using. Thank you!!!

Andy Cobb is great at what he does. He deeply cares about his job and the people that are trying to find a home for. My wife and I were recently looking to purchase a home and there was some slip ups with the family that was buying our home so that we could purchase ours. Andy worked diligently even after 6 o’clock pm answering questions and dealing with my wife and I as we frantically continued to pry and bug him. I can honestly say this guy loves his job and cares about the families that he is working with. I have been in touch with Ron for years via a friend.. The first time I asked about a refinance Ron suggested I wait because it was not the time for me to try to refinance in my current financial situation. I put 2 daughters threw college with my equity and wanted to try to start some sort of recovery. Even though Ron could have done it and taken my money he advised to wait for perfect timing for ME! I followed his advise and ended up doing a refi with him a few years later and it was to my best interest. Ron is honest, thoughtful and very helpful. I felt like I was taken well care of.
