I have been coming here for 16 years,mostly for short term loans on excess jewelry. The staff has always given me fair market value on my items.I have also bought many items from them from time to time.The price i have paid for the jewelry has always been in line with current gold markets.Recently I purchased a gold cross for Christmas,when i brought it home and noticed that the figure was slightly loose.When I brought it back it was fixed within 2 days at no charge.Empire loan is not just a pawn shop ,it is a trustworthy,friendly ,knowledgeable establishment.I am proud to have them as an asset. Thanks Again

Very helpful and patient. My first time at a pawnshop and I had a lot of camera equipment that is very important to me. They took a lot of time to catalogue everything and make sure I was happy. When I went back for the equipment they were happy that I wanted to check everything over carefully. Very positive experience.

The negative/spam revues here ,is written by the owner of another pawn shop in‎ - Malden. He is doing this to get more buisness and has NOTHING to do with empire . Talk about a scum bag! the guy post negative remarks here and on whole bunch of other competitors to drive buisness to him.

I went here to buy wedding rings. The staff was helpful, the selection was reasonable, and the prices good. Their jeweler resized my ring for free. I was pleased with the experience.

Would not give me loan on watch because it had no box. I paid 6000.00 for it at Torneau not happy wasted some energy with my six month old girl time. I will not be returning again.

These clowns accept stolen property. I know because they have a camcorder stolen from me. They made it very clear that they could not care less. Low payouts for my electroniks.
