I was referred to Barry by my agent when looking to buy a new home. I had simple goals, get the best rate on a 30 year fixed and to do it with someone that will put me front and center. After a painfully drawn out experience with Wells Fargo on a refinance years earlier, I was incredibly surprised by the speed at which Barry and his team moved. I was pre-approved within a day of submitting all the required information. He and his team were responsive, attentive and I got the feeling that no one mattered more than me, that I had their full attention, and I did. When making offers on homes, Barry would email and call the listing Agent within minutes to ensure them of my pre-approval and financial stability and when we did go pending, Barry was there every step of the way to close, which was only 15 days. Getting this loan with Barry was the easiest phase of an otherwise difficult home buying process. I recommend him and will definitely use him again.
