I have worked with Kristi and her team twice now. The first time when I bought my first house and within the last few weeks while I was refinancing. Both experiences have been wonderful and it can be attributed to their great attitudes, friendliness, know-how, and responsiveness. Every time I had a question, they were answering them even if it was 10 at night. The communication was frequent and easy. I recommend Kristi Piatz, her team and Bay Equity Home Loans to anyone who wants a seamless closing experience with an extremely friendly group of people. Such a great team!

Bay Equity Home Loans is FAST, FRIENDLY and very THOROUGH!! Every time I needed something they were on it!! Even on a weekend, I left both Kristi and Angel a voice mail regarding necessary information needed on purchasing a house and they contacted me within minutes .. with a return call (not texting). They were always willing to give me figures every time I asked, without hesitation and very quickly. These people are miracle workers... I swear they work around the clock, unbelievable service!!
