We had an excellent experience with Michaela on our home purchase in December 2013. They were very thorough at the beginning of the process, which made the underwriting process go extremely smooth. With other lenders in the past, we always had some major issues during underwriting and put us really under the gun to get closing done. Michaela knew exactly what the underwriters needed up front, and we had zero issues. It was the single best closing we have experienced with purchasing a home. Michaela was also extremely responsive at the beginning when we were searching for a lender. She was out of town, yet was the most responsive of the lenders we looked at. We would absolutely recommend Michaela for any of your mortgage needs.
