I had a very positive experience with Brian Manning and his team in securing my mortgage in Fall 2013. Brian was actually recommended from another lender who could not help secure the exact kind of loan structure I needed. So, after two months, four other lenders and a lot of dead-ends, Brian stepped into the picture and quickly secured the critical second mortgage needed to complete my deal along with the main one from his group. It was this extra know-how and service that made the difference along with the following diligent and timely detailed work to insure it did not fall through at the last minute due to missed paperwork (reality check: this happens a lot).. Additionally, I found Brian to be a complete gentleman, expert in his field and easy to understand when going through endless pages of forms at both application and closing time. I only wish I was able to have someone like Brian in all my key business dealings! I always say work with people you feel you can trust, and Brian falls into that camp. Combined, it all made for a relatively low-stress, confident experience and the basis of a firm recommendation for Brian and BayBurg Mortgage. It was a well-earned recommendation.

Brian Manning and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. Brian helped us secure a great interest rate in the summer of 2013 on the purchase of a home. He took the time to walk us through all of our options with regards to the type of loan we wanted and how much money to put towards the down payment.
