Run away from this place as fast as you can. Confused and terrible service, and that is only available Monday-Friday 9-5. If you were to find yourself locked out of your account for whatever reason over the weekend, you better HOPE that you have food in te house and gas in the car, or your family is going to stave until at LEASE Monday morning, and possibly longer because they cannot seem to keep anything straight over there. I cannot see one good reason to risk leaving your money here when there are dozens of other options, and not one of them could POSSIBLY be worse that this place.

Yes, run away, FAST, I have been locked out od my account for days and now its a 55 minutes till someone can help. this upgrade s***s. If you can not handle the volume get out of the business. I will be looking for new creidt union, loved my University Credit Union, have never been happy with Metro.

I love this branch I have never had to wait in long line the tellers are always very nice I would give them a five star but i once used the change machine and was beat out of $8 but other then that I love this branch and will always use return back
