Ask for Tasha Bourgeois!!! I recently purchased my first home in February 2013. I chose Premier Lending through recommendations provided by some family members who had used them in the past. As I now know, buying a home is no simple task. I was on a time crunch and work was hectic so I just knew the experience wouldn’t be pleasant. I couldn’t be more wrong! Tasha was always available when I needed her and was very quick to respond to the questions I had throughout the process. She made it all quite easy for me whether it was gathering all the necessary paperwork, finding insurance, or closing. To top it all off I was trying to get an appraisal, inspection, and close all in a few weeks. Tasha got it done and even my real estate agent requested her information to pass on to future clients! Even after the process was complete, months down the road, I have contacted Tasha for help with different things and she has always been more than happy to help. Premier Lending is a great company with great people. I highly recommend using Premier Lending for both first time buyers and current home owners looking to make a change.
