As first time home buyers, we had a great experience with Integrity First Financial. Sean Cosgrove was our loan officer, and he helped walk us through the whole process. We are very happy with the rate we got and especially happy with the customer service we received. The staff was very accessible and happy to answer all of our questions. Buying a home is stressful, but they made us feel comfortable and confident with the loan process. We highly recommend Integrity First Financial.

All was timely and done with attention to detail relating to continuous communications. One issue arose just after closing regarding the payment of flood insurance. Integrity covered the cost. Then, after closing and when the loan was sold to Wells Fargo, the escrow for the flood insurance was not credited properly. However, again, Integrity cleared it up once it was brought to their attention.

We did a refinance with them and they did really well. We ended up saving a lot of money and paying off a ton of debt. I appreciate them taking care of me and my family, even if when I was getting impatient, they were very professional and took care of all of our needs. I would use them again and recommend others to use them too in a heartbeat.
