Fidelity National Title has been amazing to me. I closed one of my first transactions as a realtor here about three and a half years ago. I did not fully appreciate how efficient they were at the time. In the coming months, I closed more and more transactions elsewhere. I found myself wondering why those transactions did not go as smoothly. Eventually I smartened up and began to do all in my power to close with Linda Lee, Juanita Adams, Faviola Zuniga, Letty Nehls and co. as often as possible and, like magic, my transactions were running smoothly again. TLDR; They make my job MUCH easier and my clients LOVE them. I try not to go anywhere else if it can at all be avoided. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I never had to close anywhere else.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fidelity National Title and all the people that work there. As a Realtor, they have helped me better understand the role of a good title company within the contract process of closing on a home. Linda, Juanita, and Letty have graciously and informatively handled many questions and emails from me over the past year. My only regret is that they have possibly spoiled me to the level of service to expect form a title company.
