I was involved in a car accident that left me injured and required surgery. I was self-employed and had no insurance. I tried working with the insurance company to cover the cost of health care. They would not work with me though it was clear their driver was at fault. Another attorney referred Atty Plotnick. I turned all the paperwork over to him and I did not have any problems once he took over. With only the facts of the case and actual medical reports, (no funny business), Atty Plotnick negotiated my claim and I received nearly the maximum settlement allowed for my injuries. It was very important to me to reach a settlement without having to bolster my claim. Atty Plotnick took the facts and costs and I received the best settlement possible. He operates a nonsense firm that will get results. I am very grateful that I was blessed to have him as my attorney.
