Will never use their service again. They got my account confused with different last names and the wrong address in fact they had 3 different addresses, and did not contact me like they said they would once they had gotten the account fix and then took the entire payment making my bank account in the negative. They do not communicate with one another or out notes into anything to let the next person know what is going on. They do not want to give a straight answer on why anything happened.

I have been a customer since 2009. We were in a bad spot with me being disabled & my wife losing her job. Not only does Check City offer lower interest rates for a disabled person, but they were able to give me a loan without a hassle. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you.

Honest and Fair! We recently sold some gold to check city, they were very friendly and honest during the entire experience. They offered us more then twice that of the pawn shop down the street(hy and mikes). We will continue to do business with them in the future.
