Service Experts has been handling my heating and air conditioning installations, repairs and maintenance for years. They have always provided A-1 service. Easy to schedule an appointment with verification by email and great phone communication if there is a delay or if the technician can arrive earlier than expected. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and and quite helpful with their answers to any questions I may have. I purchase an annual Protection Plan for the furnace and air conditioner, so there are two visits each year for a tune-up check. Excellent service from the Service Experts. Jan 2017 Update: This time I received an email stating that the furnace was due for a checkup. I had forgotten about that and called to schedule. Customer Service scheduled for the very next day for a mid-afternoon two-hour window! I then received an appointment confirmation email. Later I received a call from Customer Service when the technician was going to be delayed until the latter part of that window. She said she wanted me to know in case I needed to run an errand. That was very thoughtful. Nicolas arrived and did a great job, checking everything thoroughly. The humidifier wasn’t working and he was able to get that going again. He explained in detail what he had checked and what he did to get the humidifier working again. Still getting great service from knowledgeable, friendly and courteous folks.

Highly satisfied with Kyle, Jake, Victor, and Service Experts. 1) Jake gave me a quote on the phone, which several other companies refused to do. 2) The quote was about 1/2 what several other places quoted except for one other that was in the ball park of Service Experts. (One company charged $29 to come out and give me a quote of $970, about 2.25 x more than Service Experts.) 3) Service Experts offered a free estimate, instead of the $29, $45, or $49 fees other companies charge to come out and give an estimate. 4) Kyle, who is not only a plumber but also a mechanical engineer, arrived, was pleasant, neat, and went right to work, with no hesitation about crawling into the crawl space. 5) When his estimate was a little more than what Jake had estimated on the phone, he knocked it down to the price Jake had given us. 6) Kyle did the work for the amount Jake had quoted on the phone with nothing added on. 7) Kyle refused to take a tip, as he said that Service Experts did not allow it. 8) Kyle and Victor gave us advice about our water heater and furnace and heating our basement. This was a pleasant surprise, that everything was upfront and the cost was so much more reasonable than several other companies, and there was no upselling on the spot.

Had a great experience with the service tech, Nick Herigstad, who was professional, friendly and very informative as well. I would have given five stars but was a little disappointed when we were told that we needed to charge the a/c unit with a pound of coolant when we have only had it for just over a year and have a service plan, but it still cost us $114 out of pocket. * I had to come back and edit my review and give 5 stars because after I posted my initial review Service Experts looked into our service plan and refunded the $114 for the coolant. I appreciate the fact they took the time to look into the matter and fix it. I am most impressed and they have a customer for life in me. Thanks again gentlemen!

Service Technician A. J. Knodel gave a polite pre-call to check/advise of his arrival time was convenient. I appreciate the way Service Experts have calls prior to their arrival. A. J. arrived when he stated, was careful regarding floors and tracking any dirt in the house, which all Service Experts personnel do without fail, and continued to check the heating and cooling systems in a polite, professional manner. There was a small leak that from the inductor head that A. J. fixed. He answered any questions I had and provided information on what he was doing and why. Very helpful and constructive, and professional interaction during his service visit., Thank you.

Had a routine service inspection under my maintenance plan. Nick called me let me know when he would be onsite, before the appointment and arrived on time. He was polite and explained everything as went on through the inspection. I had him look my AC this time which had gone out weeks ago, and I was told by another company that I would most likely have to replace the AC all together. After his inspection found out that there was a bad capacitor, and it was replaced while he was onsite for the inspection. He was very thorough and polite. Thank you Nick for all of your hard work today. 5 star service.

After quite the cold snap our hot air would not turn on. I called Service Experts and Eric was out to our home the next day, on time! Within 15 minutes we had hot air blowing again throughout our home. Eric was extremely helpful and informative in explaining the problem, and what he did to solve it. In billing Eric was upfront and honest about any and all charges, no feelings of being pressured to buy or being upsold whatsoever. Eric came to check the newly installed Furnace and AC unit; he and his partner arrived on time, after introducing themselves explained in plain English the scheduled work and estimated time to complete. Everything went according to schedule. They were careful not to bring inside the house dirt from outside by placing shoe covers. At the end they reviewed with me the work done plus provided some advice on general use of the equipment. In general they were very professional. Well done!

Mr. Shrestha provided professional service from the moment he knocked on the door. He explained everything he was doing and before he left, we went over the list and he made sure I understood what was needed. When he left, I had no doubt about the status of my furnace and associated accessories. When he saw that the ignitor in my furnace needed to be replaced, he showed me the part, explained the wear and was able to install a replacement part at a fair price. Works for me!

Our heater went out Friday night Jan 6th. It was the coldest day of the year with temps well below zero! Service Experts brought us space heaters from Home Depot (at no charge) to help keep our house warm that night. By Saturday morning they were back with a new furnace and had it installed and up and running by noon Saturday. Derrik, Rafa and Christian did an awesome job. Probably the most professional and customer focused group I have met. USE these guys!

Prompt and courteous - Called Service Experts about an issue with my AC not blowing. Unlike a couple of places I called and had to leave a message someone answered the phone. I had an appointment for that night, sometime between 6-8. Chris, my tech, called to let me know he was on the way at 6 and arrived at 6:15. He was very professional and got the job done right the 1st time. Their final pricing seemed in line with the guys that at least called back.

Ryan Suarez came to check out my furnace and he gave the most thorough check up I have ever had. He not only checked the furnace but he also checked the pipes and residual parts. He explained to me about the different types of filters and how the expensive looking ones are not the best. I was very, very pleased with the work he performed and I would recommend him to anyone.
