I had called the collection Department to set a payment agreement for 25.00 and on may 2 , 2017 they charged that amount . But on May 8th 2017 with out me calling me or getting my okay they charge my Debt ATM card again for 90.84 that made my account to go overdraft fee of 36.00 , I called yesterday Spoke to Chris A , supervisor states my money will be put back but has to get a copy of my statement shown that my account was over draft and had a fee of 36.00 , I Stop by my US Bank and had them fax that over ,, Today is 5/ 11/2017 still waiting for the money to be put back. I will call them to have my ATM card taken out I do no longer Trust them . They took my ATM card and charge it w/ out telling me that they were doing this. OMG ... Do not give them your card info. Just go and make the payment is not worth it.

They required my social number, and references to cash a payroll check. They simply blame it on the system required it. Its also like 100 degrees in the lobby but in the back they are wearing jackets because ita so cold. Wont ever cash here again this was also my first time and i had to ask twice to not get charged as it says right on the freaking window first time here is free.
