Looking back at my experience with New American Funding (NAM) I have been quite happy with the customer experience I have been exposed to. In particular, this was manifested quite highly with my Loan officer Phil Martinelli. As it stands this is now twice that I have gone back to NAM to help with my home mortgage / mortgage rate and worked directly with Phil. Here is what I have come to know about Phil: • Very knowledgeable of the entire loaning process from start to finish (Very important to me as I had many questions along the way) • High level of professionalism and commitment (Worked long hours not only in the office but at home as well) • Kind, patient and all around a pleasure to work with (A true service provider athlete) • Willing to go the extra mile (Pushed not only himself but his team as well to get the documents reviewed and approved to move me and my loan to the next stage) Lastly, I would credit NAM for having someone like Phil on their team. He made me feel comfortable, at ease and informed the entire time. In my view they are very lucky to have him in their organization and he is a true asset to their business and to their industry. Thank you Phil for being that true leader and for setting the example for all others. Well DONE!

One Sunday morning when I was scanning to a radio station and it happened that I heard this morning talk show hosted by New American Funding. They are talking about VA mortgage refi interest rate which I believed the lowest that I heard so far at that point of time plus no closing cost. The term as heard in the radio is guaranteed provided if customer will call ASAP on that day. Therefore, I called the number immediately and I was transferred to Khash Behnam who is the loan officer. Khash put everything in writing what we will expect to receive. My wife and I decided to proceed with the refi process as it is time sensitive to make the decision. The transaction was smooth, the process was executed in a timely manner, and the product was delivered as promised. This is indeed a great help to the livelihood of my family. Thank you Khash, thanks to all NAF staff, and thank you NAF.

I have never purchased a home before and had been told by others homeowners I know that it can be a grueling process. I was referred to New American Funding by my realtor Connie Manning and I cannot begin to tell you what a blessing it was to have this realtor and financing company in my corner. After selecting a handful of homes i found the perfect one for me. Lissa Fragga immediately got to work on funding and my realtor went to bats on this house for me. Needless to say I got my house. Lissa Fragga and Connie Manning took care of everything. All I did was have to sign papers. I never even had to go to them they always came to me. I was a very smooth process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this company, Lissa Fragga in particular and realtor Connie Manning to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Our experience was very smooth. Chris Drexler does one of the best loan officer I have worked with. Chris called us Friday evening around 4pm he asked for all the pertinent information needed for a loan and called us back about an hour later telling us that we were pre-approved. Chris will go above and beyond for his clients and he will always follow up and answer any questions you may have. Chris will walk you through every step pertaining to your loan application. If you are looking for a loan, there is only one person you should call and that is Chris because he can get you approved. Chris I would like to tell you how much we appreciate you taking the time to assist us with our loan. No matter how many times we ask the same questions you answer that question as if it was the first time we asked. Thank you Chris Drexler.

I’ve never met a person with as much obvious experience in their field as Patrick McCabe. His staff is wonderful - Rachel Partee, Valerie Lesnikoff, Shirley Stark and Ame Reid just to name a few. Patrick’s ingenuity has helped him develop special nuances that made the whole transaction easier, and more enjoyable. I’ve told many friends about this rewarding experience. My Compliments to Mr. McCabe and the awesome staff at his office for going above and beyond in garnering my satisfaction. Anyone can push paper and check boxes, but Patrick McCabe and staff have perfected the ability to take one through the process quickly and effortlessly. Phillip Martinilli was our loan officer and he worked above and beyond throughout our loan process. He worked past office hours and always reply back to all our questions quickly. I really feel he made this whole process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. He is very knowledgeable on VA loans also and I feel very lucky to have had him as our loan officer. He knew just what to do and made things happen. Philip and his team excel at what they do and I would highly recommend him as your loan officer and new American funding to handle your loan.

Mack has helped me a couple times with my mortgage needs . He is a VA loan expert and is very good at explaining the process. Even under not always the best of circumstances Mack will push through and get your loan funded. The team Mack works with are the best. Sarah is so friendly and nice, she is very responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend Mack and the entire team to my friends and family. One note: They are as fast as you are with getting them the information they need. The quicker you get the required forms and information to them they will turn it around. I had some difficulties in 2009 due to the financial downturn and New American was still able to help me refinance both my first and second mortgages into one new loan. I was able to refinance my mortgage going from a 5.875% rate to a 2.75% rate and at the same time reducing my loan term by 3 years saving me a ton of money in interest. The process was fast and easy. Once I submitted my application and sent in my documentation my loan was closed in less than 3 weeks. My loan officer and loan processor were always available to answer any questions I had. I was really surprised how easy the process was. Thank you New American Funding!

Andrew Pasillas was amazing. This is my six mortgage I attained and my best experience. He answered all my questions and returned all my calls on a timely matter. If he didn’t know the answer he would find it for me. He spoke in a language which I understood and treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. I am happy to say integrity was a strong attribute he portrayed. If you need to refinance or a find a mortgage I would recommend Andrew Pasillas for the job. I found New American Funding on line and took my time to interview them as well as a few other companies. I spoke with several loan officers and all the companies and weighed my options and selected New American Funding as the loan officer was very clear, accurate and provided me with all the disclosures that I could review on line. Throughout the process they communicated with me every step of the way by providing email updates as well as calling to let me know. When I did call or sent an email they always responded. They made this a very pleasant transaction and they held true to everything that they said.

I have used New Amercan Funding twice . Both experiences have been great! I was impressed by the efforts they made to get me what I was looking for in a loan. Other Mortgage Companys I tried made claims to get you to try them and then attempt to get you into different financing that you do not want. New American Funding is straight forward. No BS! They let you know up front what can be done and answer any question honestly. Communication is great! They keep you informed and up to date on the progress of the loan throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I started my refi with a phone call on Aug. 6th the loan closed and was fundedAug. 30th and unlike a bank this was done in the same year. NAF (New American Funding) worked hard to make this happen , as long as I replied to the information they requested in a timely manner it became a team effort. There was no changing of rates or terms. I would recommend them highly and this the second time I financed through them. Both times were easy ,NAF is as serious about your refi as you are. I was never left waiting for a return call or an answer to my question.
