My family just used Music City Mortgage to purchase our new home. After speaking with a couple of the recommended "more well known" banks, I came across Paul at Music City Mortgage. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The first thing that struck me about Paul and his team is the ease of doing business with them and the attention I got. With the "more well known" banks it took weeks to get numbers/rates back. They wanted every piece of information on me just to tell me what kind of rates they could offer. I had to leave several messages before I would get a returned phone call. If I emailed Paul or Debbie I would get a phone call with in minutes. Debbie made gathering all the information a breeze. From top to bottom the process was so great. The 2nd thing I noticed were the rates. Paul was able to get me the lowest rate possible and still help with some of the closing fees. Although I would have not minded paying a little higher rate because the process and honesty with Paul was that good. I work in the home insurance world and will refer any customers to to Music City Mortgage.
