After several months of preparing to purchase my first home, countless hours of researching Mortgage Lenders online, getting advice from every person I know that has "Been There" and spending several sleepless nights thinking about their stressful experiences...I can honestly say, I was completely overwhelmed with the thought of buying a home. Fortunately for me, my recent, actual experience with buying my first home was the total opposite of what I imagined, it exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! I feel very lucky and grateful to have worked with Mr. Paul Morales and his team at Nations Lending Corporation. His expert knowledge, quick follow-up and understanding of the "customer experience" made my process pleasurable and stress free. A few other great folks from the NLC team, handling my account during the short process, provided additional support and follow-up. As a first-time home buyer, the process of obtaining a mortgage can be quite overwhelming. Paul Morales and his team walked me step by step through the entire process to ensure I understood all the requirements. I also specified that I also needed to get into the home as quick as possible (max of 60 days) due to my lease being up soon. Since my job keeps me on the road, signing papers in person would prolong the process and Paul was able to have all the documents sent to me via email so that I could sign electronically. When I needed to submit supporting documents, I was also able to upload them on the go. Paul’s attention to my requirements and the constant communication back and forth to keep me updated throughout the process not only put my mind at ease, but made it possible to stay on track with our deadline and close in 45 days! A bank would never have been able to meet this! I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone considering getting a mortgage loan.
