A+! 5 stars (if we could give him 6, we would!) Neal is simply awesome. He got us the best rate, the lowest closing costs, and made the entire process positively painless. There were no delays, no surprises, and he and his office kept us constantly informed. Neal promised us that our final closing statement would be the same (or better) than his estimate. Not only was this promise fulfilled, but he made sure that our lock-in was extended at no cost when the seller took longer than anticipated to close. Neal is that rare no-nonsense individual with the highest degree of personal and professional integrity, which is the reason he’s been successful for so many years operating strictly on referrals and word of mouth.
