I have been with the company for a little over a year. One thing I can say is that I am never bored at my job. There is always a project to work on and I have been lucky to get involved in areas outside my immediate control. There is a great balance and everyone treats each other with respect. The company culture is next to none and the work environment cannot be matched. The owner is a great individual to work with and brings his "A" game each and every day. I love his energy and enthusiasm as well. He represents his clients with passion and professionalism. I am very proud to be part of The Phipps organization of businesses.

If you want to be represented by childish employees this is the firm for you. The owner is NEVER there the staff is made up of people with NO LEGAL background. Supervisors and HR staff have no experience and the employees are to busy playing games( that the owner provided them) than work your case!! How can they hire prople with no legal background! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! The employees are like 12 and act like it too. No structure nor experience to work any case! LOOK FOR REPRESENTATION ELSE WHERE!!!!
