today I tried to get information on representation for a work related injury. The receptionist was unaware that Juan Hernandez advertises for work injury! She also told me she would not leave a message for the attys to call me because SHE didnt think I have a case! in the end I spoke with two different women. She eventualy hung up on me when I point out to her that she is not an atty and shouldnt be telling people that. The womans name was Alicia. I wouldnt bother calling this firm if you need help with anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
